Reclaiming Abs






I tore this out of a magazine at the dentist's office, and any minute I'm going to get down on the floor and start.  According to the article in Health.com magazine, something called "visceral fat"  collects on your abdomen and "drapes" around your organs.  If you do this routine three times a week and work out five days a week, with at least 120 minutes of cardio weekly, you can banish it and wear a bikini again.  Or at least stand to look at yourself in the mirror.  Worth a try.


(Addendum:  I mean trying only the exercises above.  Five-day-a-week workouts and  120 minutes of cardio are beyond me!)
